Hi! I'm Jo!
didn’t just wake up one day and decide to call myself a coach. I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in human services, psychology, and leadership.
My education gives me the science. My lived experience gives me the truth. And my faith + intuition bring in the soul.
I’m both woo-woo and Christian — which means I believe in divine timing, prayer, energy, and the power of God’s guidance. I see manifestation as co-creation: blending nervous system science, inner child healing, and faith-based alignment so that abundance feels both sacred and sustainable.
This is the space where science meets spirit, where women can heal, manifest, and overflow without having to choose between spirituality and practicality.
